The Struggle of Diving Deep into the Content Library

Our client was migrating to a new content management system but to drive adoption of the new tool within the sales community, they knew that the marketing content in the new tool needs to be relevant.

The task was mammoth with 1000+ collaterals and the timeline short, they needed an agency who could understand their portfolio and help them sift through and cull out the relevant content and prepare them for migration.

A secondary goal was to also perform a benchmarking of the existing content vs. best in class so that they could define their content development strategy.

SOLUTION

Conducting a Quantitative and Comparative Analysis

We thoroughly audited around 1000+ sales collaterals across 5 portfolios to create a report highlighting the current health and gaps. The report also included the creatives which should be created across the buying cycle, this helped the sales enablement team and the product marketing team to create a content development strategy.

The other objective was to migrate to the new system, for which we provided a detailed report which highlighted duplicate content, outdated content, collaterals not meeting the new brand guidelines and more.

The audit was conducted in 3 weeks, helping our client to meet timely tool migration.
