Trailing Behind Due to Sub-par Recruitment Experience

Due to the fast growth of our client, they didn’t get an opportunity to streamline their hiring experience.

Currently, recruiters would communicate without any templates, leading to incomplete information to candidates and missed communications. Our client wanted to standardize and improve the employee experience during all touchpoints until joining.

Streamlining the Recruitment Process

We mapped out the various touchpoints from floating a new job till joining of the candidate, and understood from the client the key messages to be communicated at each stage. Our team benchmarked the candidate journey with the ideal scenario to identify gaps.
Our client key employee value was “Challenge” and hence we crafted an adventure theme. Our scope included employer branding video, canned emails for all touchpoints and artefacts supporting them.
We also created the physical branding for the waiting areas & interview rooms to showcase our client’s history, disseminate their values work culture and showcase career growth and learning opportunities.
