Supporting the Campaign Initiatives from Scratch

Our client wanted to improve their Diversity and Inclusion initiatives to create a more diverse workforce.
They needed an agency to help them tie their campaign together and communicate/engage with employees, leaders across the organization.

SOLUTION

Promoting Campaigns with a Multi-fold Approach

Since it was an important initiative, the initiate name was an important – a name which would be unique, memorable and everyone can relate to. After lot of iterations, we finally agreed to the name ‘Winning Mix’ for our clients D&I campaign.
To support this multiyear campaign, we created a series of videos, comic strips, presentations, emails and learning programs to explain the campaign objectives and drive engagement.

We also designed and developed a SharePoint site to engage with employees who were away on long leave by providing them with the necessary information, sending automatic notifications and providing checklists for employees/managers during their maternity leaves.
