Our client provides several products in the IDC portfolio such as Cloud, Disaster Recovery, Multi-cloud management, Cloud self-service portals, and Big Data. As part of their digital campaigns, there was a constant requirement for building creative multimedia content such as videos, landing pages, brochures and more.
Also, new products are launched every year, and they needed an agency that understands these technical products and can create marketing material which is simple to understand yet compelling.
Marketing Assets for the Entire Buying Cycle
We partnered with the Cloud group to support their ongoing marketing efforts. Be it a new product launch such as SAP on AWS cloud, or a demo video for a new self-service portal. We also helped in created web applications such as lead-gen survey which allowed our client to showcase them as an expert.
As part of their thought leadership campaigns, we wrote several whitepapers including GDPR, HIPAA, and smart cities.
With our expertise in eLearning, we supported our client to create interactive customer tutorial videos. Rather than a 50 page content heavy quick start guide, this interactive video allowed customer to use this a ready-reckoner for what all typical queries.
We worked alongside their product and sales teams to refine the specific messaging that would target each niche effectively, including the value propositions, user benefits, and even the top-level business case for introducing the products. From this base, we were able to produce range of collaterals depending on the approach required. These included videos, whitepapers, infographics, presentations, brochures, and more.
