But with multiple portfolios, the process of capturing the current state and providing quick recommendations was not easy. Our client was looking to create a survey for each of their key portfolios to understand customers’ current status and automatically create personalized reports.
Integrated Lead Capture and Sales Enablement
We created a survey engine application which allowed our client to conduct surveys across their portfolio. The application was easily customizable to meet changing business dynamics and scalable to include other portfolios. It was integrated to internal CRM and Salesforce.
