Our client had launched a new digital product to simplify procurement for B2B purchases. While a lot of enterprises had subscribed to their digital product they were still suffering from low adoption from end-users (customers’ employees).

The challenge was to educate the end users with tool’s full capabilities, how it is simpler than the erstwhile process and finally how do they use the new tool.

We helped our client in driving the tool awareness and change management by creating an interactive onboarding kit to help the end users understand the tool features comprehensively.

In addition, we created short ‘how-to-videos’ to showcase the use cases and motivated the end users with real life success stories.
