A Complex Process was Causing Confusion

Sales incentives are an important part of compensation, but our client’s processes involved complex calculations. These led to frequency queries about how the calculations were performed done, what was included etc. At the same time, they were struggling to capture leads and other activities in Salesforce, further complicating incentive payments and delaying payouts

Our client wanted to create some education material to avoid these repeat queries and also improve the experience of the sales reps, as they should be busy selling and not clarifying sales incentive questions.

SOLUTION

Clear Video Explanations Address Queries

Our holistic solution included the creation of few videos –one of them covers the overall process of CRM in the organization, the importance of capturing leads and what was in it for sales staff.

The next set of videos were ‘How to’ videos which explained how to capture leads and activities and how to change them when required. And finally, we created an infographic to explain the compensation statement, with links to the relevant portals and a clear example to explain the process.
