The Difficulties of Promoting a Diverse Portfolio

Our client had several marketing assets but found it difficult to showcase the capabilities of their vast portfolio of 50+ products, especially with customer attention spans reducing.

Their most skilled sales reps managed, but most struggled. Our client wanted to enable their teams with interactive video, allowing them to have an engaging conversation with customers and easily branch out into areas of interest. This video would also enable partners to drive sales through their channels.

Creating an Interactive Showcase

We helped our client by creating an interactive video which showcased their overall capabilities and allowed users to branch off into any of the portfolio.

While this met the requirements, we like to go beyond and deliver further value. We created several more branching options so that the customer could explore in detail without leaving the video, as well as a lead-gen form to book a consultation. These leads were integrated with the client’s CRM.

Our interactive video supported the sales and partner reps as well as residing on the website as an automated sales rep for customers wanting to do their own research.
