Adoption of AIOps tool

A change management training and adoption campaign for a global banking client. The project included creating video-based eLearning modules with assessment.

 

The adoption campaign included developing a set of infographics, short 1 min videos on the key features and an interactive quick guide.

Awareness of automation technologies

The objective of the multi-year campaign was to drive awareness about the different automation technologies, inspire them to embrace automation, and generate ideas.

 

The campaign also included branding of global roadshows and developing case studies videos for internal management and external events.

Launch and adoption of Success Factors

After 6 months of launch the adoption of the success factor application was standing in single digits.

 

We created an awareness video, video-based screencast videos on key features and use cases and short gifs for Intranet posting. The adoption zoomed 3X post the campaign.
